Thai Dietary Guidelines
- Eat
a variety of foods from each of the four
or five food groups every day
- Maintain
healthy body weight by balancing food
intake with regular physical activity
- Eat
plenty of rice and other cereal products,
vegetables and fruits.
- Minimise
fat in food preparation and choose prepared
foods that are low in fat and cholesterol.
- Choose
foods low in salt and sugar (reduce intake
of salt and sugar)
- Drink
plenty of water daily
- Breastfeed
