Fish
Hi,
I was browsing through your website and
I must say it's an excellent one. There's
one thing I would like to point out, however,
under your recipes section. One called "Foiled
fish in a flash", recommended a fish
called the Orange Roughy. It's a species
that takes decades to reach maturity and
that filet you see could have come from
a fish that's 100 years old.
Please stop recommending this fish because
it is on a sharp decline. It takes 30 years
to reach maturity and that means it reproduces
extremely slowly. There's lots of other
stuff we could eat and be healthy without
threatening the health of other species.
sincerely,

Answer
Dear
Soon Chung,
Thank
you for bringing this issue to our attention.
We have an interest in environmental welfare
and sustainability, and so we will be happy
to replace the Orange Roughy in our recipe
with another fish type.
